Netgear Powerline 1000 PL1000 - wifi access failing

Hi - My Netgear Powerline 1000 booster has worked fined for well over a year.  However, we now cannot get any devices logged onto the signal despite that all the LED indicators are showing green/blues. I have attempted two or three Factory Resets with no success. If I "forget" the network, I can pick up the signal, input the password and the signal appears to let me progress, but the Wifi then fails, reporting "No Internet Connection". It seems like every device has been locked out somehow.  Any ideas? (Other than buy a new booster!) Thanks for any help.  T.

Many thanks for the reply.  Yes eventually we reset using an ethernet connection and it is now back up and running.  Appreciate the time you took to reply.  Regards

I've moved this into the powerline subforum.

We need some more information - particularly it would be useful to figure out if the problem is with the powerline connection or the WifI.

Have you tried connecting through the ethernet port on side of the WifI module?  If so, what was the result?

Checked for any local wifi interference? Have the neighbours added something on the same channels?
