"No device in network"
Hi,
I want to connect to my powerline 500AV adapters by using the NETGEAR Powerline Utility D 3.1.0.3 on my Mac. But I keep getting the message "No device in network" although both adapters do work (I can connect to the internet by the powerlines). How can I make the connection, install firmware and set a password on the two powerlines?
- OK should work with the latest version of the utility (which you have)
Does it not even recognise the one you have plugged into your Mac ?

Hi,
some adapters are unfortunately not compatible with Mac versions of Netgear Genie or the Powerline Utility, as in this example:

What model adapters do you have?

Thanx for the help
