Powerline 1000 reboots when loading an HD streaming video service

There is nothing else on the network currently as I just moved and am setting everything up. But I was using both my iPhone and iPad to test the range of the power lines, and as soon as I open Netflix, or Hulu, or Amazon video, etc...the powerline would reboot
