WGX102 and XE102 not connecting

I have the WGX102 and XE102 and have worked brilliantly up until now.  Suddenly I cannot connect to them. Have reset everything green lights on everything but no Wifi. Please help

    Hi Beep,

     

    Does it work now with the latest powerline? If yes, then the issue is with the adapter and not the distance since it works with other powerline.

    I seem to have a bit of an answer, if I change the socket that its in it works. It has worked fine on the socket it was in for years now its suddenly stopped.  How do I get it to work in the old socket again?

      Hi Beep,

       

      If it works with other socket then it might be a problem with the distance from one the 1st adapter to the 2nd adapter that is why the old socket will no longer work.

        Does the distance degrade over time then because it used to work and now doesnt.

         

        I have replaced it now with the latest powerline product.
