A6200 Dead Since Win 10 Upgrade
Your newest, supposedly Win 10 compatible driver, is not Win 10 compatible. My A6200 adapter was working fine until I upgraded to Win 10. Now it is completely dead. The firmware is updated, and I hav...

I am done with this company; their customer service is pathetic. I submitted a ticket for these adapter/driver issues we are having and they were lame enough to tell me that my high end adapter that I paid a premium price for is no longer in warranty. They are completely washing their hands of their responsibility to provide functional drivers. Juliet closed my case a day after I opened it which means that I cannot respond or reopen the case because it is closed. In all my years I have not dealt with a company so lame. So long Netgear and good riddance... I hope all of your remaining customers do the same. You do not deserve to be in business...

I'm with you on this one AJ777. Netgear has been less than helpful and the community is dying because of all of the requests for fixes on the same issue. The other problem is that I have presented irrefutable proof that the issue is caused by their driver. Of course, Netgear is going to say, "You're device isn't in warranty, we'll have a driver out when we have a driver out." Considering that issues such as these have been plaguing their devices since Windows 8, I'm not surprised. Hey, Netgear, here's a wakeup call, anyone who bought your adapters since Windows 8 are out of warranty! We put our faith in solid solutions and get ignored because you already have our money. Who runs your financial department, Floyd Mayweather? Good riddance to you, I will always warn against your products, and even more so your company to anyone who even considers wireless equipment!

I've had the same experience as many others. I got the invite to upgrade to Windows 10. My system was "supposedly" compatible. The only problem was that after I downloaded Windows 10, the install couldn't complete because the Netgear driver wouldn't work! I even took my computer into tech support Geek Squad and my Netgear wireless adapter worked fine until I tried to enter my WEP security code at home and it refused to accept it. I could see available networks, but I couldn't log in to my own home network.. After a week of trying I gave up a rolled back to Windows 7 and everything worked fine. Netgear needs to fix this and make it public so people won't have to go thru what I did.
