A6210 Constant Disconnecting
Netgear A6210 Wifi Adapter in USB 3.0 port
Windows 10 Pro version 21H2
Specs too good to be relevant whatsoever
Constant disconnecting (USB sound)
and disconnecting when attempting speedtest
I have done all the fixes available online... Power settings, making sure the port is always on 3.0, changing usb ports, updating, uninstalling, and reinstalling firmwares, uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, disabling and getting rid of NetgearUSBSw in services, etc etc. If you can think or find a fix online, I have probably already done it.
Please give me some help before I cave and go find another brand and option. Will be moving to pci-e wifi and a new brand if this isnt sorted. I have had this problem for the 2 years I have had this adapter and I am tired of it. Thanks in advance, Caine.

While many questions about routers are generic and can't be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge.
But since this is a wireless adapter, You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:
WiFi Adapters - NETGEAR Communities
You might like to search there for messages related to your problem.
I will ask the Netgear moderator to move your message.
In the meantime you could visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.
Check for various troubleshooting tips.
You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.- cevenAspirant

That link is unhelpful as it provides Windows 7 screenshots, and as other users have stated when linked this thread, these options arent available in windows 10? Do i have to downgrade to fix this **bleep**ty "ancient USB wifi gubbin" (yes i looked through EVERY SUPPORT POST AND TRIED TO FIX THIS GOD AWFUL PRODUCT) as you call it?
Chances are I will end up switching to TP Links pcie option... I am tired of dealing with NetGear, and this very lacking device. My old 20 dollar TP-Link one worked more consistently than this junk. I thought NetGear was prestigious and I was moving up, however my grandfather wasted his money.
NetGear, offer better support options... and at the very least, send drivers out to fix your old "gubbin"

I tried all those things as well and eventually just uninstalled the device from the system (with the delete software box checked) and restarted the computer and suddenly it started working again. Not sure why, and it's no longer even listed under Network Adapters but that's what worked for me.

Goods feedback.
It could be that uninstalling the device removed the existing USB drivers and a hidden set kicked in, or you have found that Windows comes with native drivers that work for this USB adapter.
