AC6200 USB 2.0 VS USB 3.0 MODE
Hi Team, I was wondering which is stable and provide max throughput. So far wireless adapters never reached the max theoritical or practical throughput of USB 2.0 ie 40+ MBps. Hardly 20 Mb...

what no change. Can you elaborate.
The speed on 2.0 vs 3.0 change is visible if you use the right medium/
It can go upto 40MB/s on usb 3.0 but only 33MB/s on 2.0 max speed.
As port limitation is the cause not the wifi bandwidth limitation.

Just to be clear, the A6200 is a USB 2.0 Wi-Fi adapter. It doesn't support USB 3.0. It can be plugged into a USB 3.0 port, but that port will run in USB 2.0 mode. Any speed differences are you seeing must be due to differences between the computer's handling of the USB 3.0 vs 2.0 port.
