Windows 7 Enterprise will not run A6210

I'm running a Dell Precision T1700 with Windows 7 Enterprise, and it will not let me use my A6210. I can see it enabled in Network Connections. I see the bars green "NETGEAR A6210 WiFi USB3.0 adapter, but when I try to connect to my Verizon JetPack or when I run the NETGEAR Gean software, I get nothing. What do I have to do to make this wor?. We have no hard lines only wireless puck.

    What driver version did you use?
