AC1200 Wifi extender EX6110

Hi need help cant connect any device to my EX6110 Wifi extender, when prompted to enter the network security key i just get a message saying network security key is wrong. I know i am entering the correct securtiy key getting very frustrated

    Did you try re-entering the passphrase in the extender's web ui?

     

    It is possible to access the web admin page from the router network, or by connecting a PC to the extender ethernet.  Though you could alternatively do a factory reset on the extender.

      my provider replaced my router with a new one . I tried to connect with the extender but no luck ... what do I need to do? I'm not real computer savvy ...
