Ac750 dual band wifi range extender

Question

I have plugged this in i get a power light but can't get it to connect to my existing wifi. I have pressed the wps button on the extender and on my router it blinks green but doesn't connect

If I go to www.mywifiext.net i don't see a new extender setup button

What am I doing wrong ? Any help appreciated

Try to factory reset the extender by holding the reset button for 10+ seconds then try those connections methods again.
