[EX6150v2] cannot get connected to 5GHz band of router
Hi,
The extender cannot get connected to my router with 5GHz band.
Other devices do canget be connected to the router on this band.
How to solve?
Here is my current configuration:
router to extender: 2.4Ghz band only
extender to devices: both 2.4GHz and 5GHz
How to make the extender to be connected to my router on the 5GHz band?
Thank you!

I've just got connected to the router 5GHz band with Galaxy S5.
Download speed: 86Mbps, Upload: 3.23Mbps (very similar as with wired connection), distance to the router: 0.5m

Are you seeing an error when you try to connect the extender to the 5 Ghz router network?
If so, what error?

No, there is no error... The Extender Web Setup just says "cannot get connected to 5GHz router band". It cannot find the 5GHz SSID (other devices can find/see this SSID). Even I define this SSID manually, the Extender cannot get connected to it (other devices get connected to this SSID without any problem).

"What security mode is the router using for the 5G network?" - WPA-WPA2 Personal
Channel: Auto (64) - router can change the channel according to the changed envirounment/performance/... Could it be an issue? but the 2.4GHz band does the same...
"Are these other devices in the same location as the extender?" - yes

Why channel 48 or 149 should be more stable? The Internet Service Provider say that the router should be able to change the channels automatically according to the signal strength.
