N300 WiFi Range Extender not working with Windstream

Windstream said I needed an extender for computer in basement.  I just got a N300 and followed the installation instructions but the Router Link LED never comes on even if I put the extender in the same room with the router and the new network says I have no internet connection.

      Did you get this problem resolved?

      I have the same problem with my wifi extender. Couldn't fix it. Can anyone help to fix this problem?

      My router was working fine for 20 days and stopped working after that. There is no special cause I could figure out...

        Have you tried to factory reset the extender and do the setup again?
