PR2000 Log in to network with Username/PW

Hi, I'm using Navy GoWiFi as my primary internet connection. This service requires a Username/pw to access the internet. I'm trying to use the PR2000 as a LAN to connect all my devices behind it's firewall.

The issue I'm running into is the PR2000 won't resolve the log-in page for GoWiFi. It tells me that it's connected to the Internet but when I try to access the log-in page it just times out. When I'm not using the PR2000 the device either tells me to log-in to the network (Android) or automatically takes me to the log-in page (Windows/Linux). Trying to access it through the PR2000 it won't load the log-in page. I've attempted to just let it resolve itself and it fails, I've also attemped to access the page via it's URL that it sends my various devices to with no success.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Hi furyfrog,

Can you please clarify your network map?

    Is it the following?

    Navy GoWiFi ----wire----PR2000 - - - WiFi - - - devices

Is your PR2000 set to Wired mode?

Is the PR2000 updated to the latest firmware version 1.0.0.14 ?

      Hi nhann,

      My attempted network map is:

      Navy GoWiFi - - - wifi - - - PR2000 - - - wifi - - - devices

It is set to wireless mode, and I have updated it to 1.0.0.14.

It says it sees the gowifi network and connects and it lets my devices connect on the other side.

        Hi furyfrog,

Please reset the PR2000 back to factory defaults.
You can try updating the NavyGoWiFi router and/or resetting it to factory defaults also.

Also try changing the WiFi channel on the router to a channel that is less crowded / used by neighboring networks.
