Cannot connect to routeur
Hello,
Impossible to connect my pc (portable windows7) to my routeur.
I get the message:
The connection has been reset
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loaded.
The site may be temporarily unavailable or overloaded. Try again later;
If you can not navigate to any site, check your computer's network connection;
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure Firefox is allowed to access the Web.
I tried via firefox, google chrome and internet explorer !
This also does not work with netgear genie, message:
Netgear router not found or not supported. Ensure that the device is not connected to the router's guest network and that no IPV6 protocol is enabled!
My routeur is WNDR4300 (no found in the list)
Sorry but I don't speak english very well but no help in french !

So I uninstalled Kaspersky Internet security.
And now I have access to my router
I reinstalled Kaspersky and everything is ok (until now....)
I will give you the answer from Kaspersky's technical service.Thanks you very much for your help
Happy new year!

Welcome to the community, joedjo
I suggest that you factory reset the router then reconfigure it manually.
Make sure to use a wired computer when reconfiguring the router.

I have already reset the routeur
All devices are connected to internet (internet radio, camera, my laptop)
They all appear under netgear genie!
If I connect my laptop to the router with a cable I get the same message! (and no login screen)
I think there is a problem on my laptop ...?
Because if I try to connect to the routeur with my smartphone I get the login screen!Are you using the router's IP address in your browser or http://www.routerlogin.net?
Maybe try them both.
Also, is this a new set up, or was the router working before?
