Nighthawk 7800
Around the clock tonight I lost Internet to the house. I have talk to spectrum Internet and they’re sending somebody out Wednesday to see if it might be in the line. But I’ll have all my router is the red light that indicates it’s getting power I don’t know how to get inside or like to come on. Do I need to reset the router as in push a button. I’ve unplugged it and left it for two minutes and Spectrum has ran stuff on their end and I saw when I lost power that’s at 5 o’clock..
First you will have to say a bit more than "it doesn't work".
What do the LEDs on the front of the C7800 look like?
Manuals are always a good place to start.

What happened when you lost internet? A storm, power outage, some other event?
What is the brand name and model number of the modem that is connected upstream of your router? You may have to look on a label.
- YugpotAspirantI have a nighthawk 7800. That has the router and modem in one unit. The only light on is the power light. All the other lights are blank.

- YugpotAspirantCan you be more Pacific and tell me which one of these is the best thing to try first and then second and then third and then if not those work I’ll go buy a new one. Everything like I don’t know what I’m talking about but I don’t so how should I proceed as far as first second and third only one

Start by looking at the LEDs on your modem router.
- MB4AspirantSpectrum nation wide outage with no explanation anywhere that I’ve found. Just thousands complaining about their service. I hope you’re not getting charged for them coming out to your house. We’ve been without for days. Others for weeks.
