Plex server on R9000 hanging and giving error

The plex server on the R9000 has not worked so far for me...keeps hanging on Windows while connected to the router and gives error message that video files on the Hard drive connected to the router are not available WTF??!!!

 

this router is just a week old and i'm getting fed up with it

    Media Unavailable - The file associated with this item is not accesible by the server. Please verify that the file exists and the necessary drive isa ccessible - WTF?!

     

    i can see the file on readyshare so why is it not accessible to Plex after indexing it?

      Did you try unplugging and replugging it? 

      I'm not experiencing this problem.

      How big is the USB drive that's attached?

        Yes i have unplugged and replugged...and just did a reset a few hours ago....still same error message from within the network and across the internet
