R9000 2.4Ghz & 5Ghz stop working
I had bought this device in January and preconfigured it before we shipped it to a Missionary House in Honduras. The Wifi 2.5 and 5Ghz stopped working and their leds are off. The firmware was updated from V1.0.2.40 to V1.0.6.46 and now to wifi connectivity. The hardware RJ45 network ports in the back all work. Any ideas on how to resolve this issue. I am not having good assistance with their technical support team.

Maybe someone pressed the button by accident? (page 60 of the User Manual)

Working with technical support team and it has a hardware failure inside of the unit.

Something you can do, disable the wifi radios on the router and install a external ethernet connected wifi AP.
