Readycloud files aren't available through the browser - R7000

I setup Readycloud on my R7000 using a 250gb Samsung SSD but I can't access my files through the web interface (the only option available for my Macbook). The Android app on my phone works great remotely (but only the app - no files are visible when using the browser).

  

I've tried using the latest versions of both Chrome and Safari multiple times over the past month to no avail. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks!

Firmware: Firmware V1.0.7.2_1.1.93

OSX 10.11.6/Macbook Pro

Android 6.0.1/Nexus 6

    I did replicate your issue in our lab but I was able to access the drive using the ReadyCloud. Can you try to reset the router and reconfigure.
