共有フォルダにアクセスできない

ＲｅａｄｙＮＡＳ NV+V2を使用しております。

WindowsでNAS上の共有フォルダにアクセス仕様としたところフォルダが見つからない。
フォルダ自体は見えているのですがフォルダ内にアクセスできません。

メールにてアラート
fsck.ext4: No such file or directory while trying to open /dev/c/c
Possibly non-existent device?

また

[Missing shares detected]
The paths for the shares listed below could not be found.  Typically, this occurs when the ReadyNAS is unable to access the data volume.

と出ています。

ls -l /c/　コマンドにて
ボリュームが4と出ますがフォルダは見えません。

初めてSSHに触れLinuxの知識等ないのですが
何かアドバイスございましたらお願いいたします。
