LAN 10G LED is red but internet seems to be working fine.

Cable is good. Any suggestions about why LED is red? I have a Nighthawk RS700  BE 19000 wifi 7 Router, firmware V1.0.9.16_2.0.106.

Should I just ignore the red LED?

Any chance the LED could be Amber?

What device is connected to this port?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.

FWIW, I often find that Amber LEDs look Red in some lighting conditions.

Like CrimpOn, I am thinking that the device connected to this port doesn't support 10G. If so, that is not a problem, just an expected status.
