Yes it’s NETGEAR it was through the nighthawk app I believe and I have responded but they’re support must be really backed up because
you can never get a live chat and they take a while to respond Via email.- schumakuGuru - Experienced User
Ack. It was like that .. a long time ago.
Some KB fragments still exist, explicitly mentioning a few elderly WiF 5 routers only:
or here
https://kb.netgear.com/25598/How-do-I-configure-the-Dynamic-QoS-feature-on-my-Nighthawk-router
and eg here
https://kb.netgear.com/25614/How-do-I-enable-or-disable-the-Automatic-Dynamic-QoS-database-update-on-my-Nighthawk-X4-R7500
Worth mentioning? On fast Internet connections (so from half a Gigabit and up), the overhead does eat up the advantages. Therefore, I _guess_ modernized automatic QoS is likely disabled.
Please don't blame the messenger for the lack of continuity and documentation on these mostly not inexpenssive consumer routers.

Are you certain you contacted Netgear? Your screenshot looks like something AI generated.
Step 2 is oddly worded. AFAIK, no Netgear router provides Gateway->Behavior Navigation.
If you did contact Netgear (not a scam support site), then you should get back to them.

BE5000 (RS150v2)
firmware V 1.2.7.2
I have logged in under the wed interface and cannot find any QoS setting anywhere- schumakuGuru - Experienced User
Where is the idea that ans RS1nn, RS2nn, RS3nn, RS4nn, RS5nn, RS6nn, or RS7nn router is supposed having any kind of user-controlable QoS settings or controls?
Yes, I see some references to QoS enhancements in some recent firmware release notes.
Beyond, there is no reference to QoS as far as I can see - being in the data sheets, or in the user manuals.

Why would it show it as off if it was controllable and why would NETGEAR support email me telling me it should be under the advance tab , I’m just trying to figure it out

It's not mentioned in the manual either.

What router model are you referring too?
Firmware version on the router?
Have you looked on the routers web page under Advanced tab for QoS settings?
