I am too suffering from this issue. Support desk did not have a solution.

OK Changed the channels as requested, set the Primary DNS to 9.9.9.9

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.
Is Protection Engine enabled on the RS routers web page? Under Advanced Tab/Administration/Security. If so, disable this feature, apply the change and reboot the router.- Firmware: v1.0.1.60
- NTU: Huawei P125F
- Cable: Cat6E
- Protection Engine: OFF
- NTU: Huawei P125F Doesn't pull up as being a valid model# or brand for that model #. Is that the ISP modem or ONT? Be sure to verify the ISP Modem and model # using the sticker on the unit.
Has PE been disabled all this time? Or just disabled it?
Does the Front INTERNET LED turn AMBER when this happens?
