RS700s reducing speed to 90mbps.
So I have the BGW320 in IP passthrough mode and connected the blue 5GB port from the BGW320 to the WAN port on my RS700s. Intially I had connected the two with a 6ft cat5e cable and was getting a download speed of 1.1GB. After moving the router to the middle of the house and connecting them with a 32 ft cat6 cable. The speed drorpped to 90mbps. Initially I thought it was my cable but I purchased a cable that was already made and it was still same. When I plut a cat5 cable into the BGW320 I will get a download speed of 900mbps but when I plug a cable into the RS700s its just 90mbps. So not sure why the RS700s downgrading my speed. Any idea what can be causing it?

What happens if you connect to one of the gigabit ports on the BGW320 instead? Do you see the same speed drop?

Its the same thing. I've tried from BGW gig port to RS WAN and still getting 90. Im very tempted to see if I move the RS back in the same room as the BGW and use a 6ft CAT6 cable and see if I get faster speeds. If that is the case I'll move the BGW to be next to the RS so that I can use the 6ft cable.

This is the speed reported by the RS700 web interface or the Nighthawk app, correct?
Does the RS700 web interface have a feature that displays the status of port connections, similar to this?
What does it show for the status of the WAN port?

Its shows 100M/Full

Ethernet ports perform autonegotiation when connected. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autonegotiation
This is built into the physical hardware. If the WAN port has decided that the highest speed the link will support is 100M/Full, then because of the overhead that is part of Ethernet, the actual speed measurement will be lower than 100. Also, anything connected to the RS700 router (no matter what type of cable) cannot possibly measure a higher speed because the WAN link is limited to 100M/Full.
This is the problem. It could be an issue with the actual cable, with one of the RJ45 connectors, or with the RJ45 port on the router or the BGW320.

If the CAT5e is working and the CAT6 cables aren't, would be these CAT6 cables. Are they STP or UTP cables? I recommend CAT6A STP cabling, S is or sheilded. U is un-shielded. I get 900Mpbs with my RS700 behind my CM3000 using CAT6A STP cabling.
What FW version is on your RS router?
Is IPv6 and Protection Engine enabled?
I you posted more here as well:

Using a UTP cable but I'll give a STP a try.
FW version is v1.0.10.8
Not sure about IPv6 Protection Engine if its on or not.
