Android Mobile ReadyCLOUD app battery drain

I have never used the media backup. But it's running in the background all day today. Even when tasks were killed. Force freeze is all I can do. 50 % of my battery gone all with screen off. Never happened before, perhaps I accidentally tapped it, then closed it. But it kept running. I MUST UNINSTALL UNLESS FIXED asap. HTC M9.
