I'm out of UN/PW combinations and find it odd that the PW reset is also not working. So I think Os Reinstall is best solution. Can you provide instructions and/or link for this?

Two problems have arisen in the 24 hours since everything was working correctly...
Readycloud is again showing the ReadyNas 102 as offline and it is operating very slowly on the local connection.
Firmware is 6.4.2
Chrome up to date, Windows 7.

I've disabled the anti-virus for 6.4.2 and that appears to have improved the speed.
Still having it appear as offline in ReadyCloud though in "Manage" under "cloud" tab both internet available and service available are green checks....

Hi ginak,
Can you confirm if the same behavior shows if you will access ReadyCLOUD via the web portal and desktop /or mobile apps? If yes, log out and log in your admin account under the cloud tab then let us know if you're still experiencing issues after doing this.
