Hi BBuzz,
Which browser do you use? And what is your nas firmware version?
Would you please attach the screenshot when you see the error?
Best Regards.

Chrome Browser, Firmware 6.7.4 When the file gets to cloud sync it seems (from the speed of past uploads) choke and hesitate then the error appears. I have two different NAS's at that location both the same model and rebooted both reset the router and can't upload to either. This problem just started this weekend. Otherwise everything has been fine. I can access both and download from both.

Okay I tried the Microsoft browser and I got it to upload. I am hoping someone can tell me what I need to do to fix Chrome so it will let me upload again.

Hello BBuzz,
I don't reproduce your issue with 6.7.4 firmware and with chrome browser version 58.x and 59.x.
What is the file size you want to upload? And does the uploading destination path have some special character?
You mean you can upload successfully with microsoft brower Edge? Would you please try to upload same file to same destination folder with chrome browser?
Best Regards.

12.79 mg is the size of the file. chrome 59.x is the browser giving me a problem. There is nothing special. understand that I have been using Chrome for 5 years and never had a problem uploading. This is the first time. I tried both browsers again with same results sucess on Edge and failure on Chrome. The file uploading using chrome shows that a total transfer has occoured and when in the process of the actual placement of the file onto the NAS (cloud Sync) it hangs for about a minute then reports a fail. As suggested I used the same file and was able to upload using Microsoft Edge but not using Chrome.
Just for reference I uploaded using Edge 242 files all over 8mb each last evening.
