help with my netgear account

Hello,

I have a problem with my netgaer account. I can log in on redaycloud, all NASubits are connectesd, but when I try to log in in My netgear website i get this error:

 

Error :: Unexpected Error::'ascii' codec can't encode characters in position 140-141: ordinal not in range(128)

I tried IE, Firefox, Chrome, all the same. I need to add some devices to my account.

 

Can anyone help me with this problem?

    I can login to my MyNETGEAR profile just fine. Have you tried logging in using a different PC?

      From 3 different PC or notebooks i get the same error. If my fried try to log to HIS account it is OK. It seems as there is some problem in MY OWN netgear accout. not on PC

    We have already reported the issue you are getting. Can you try to reset your Password using the Forgot password link and re-login.

      i successfully reset my password twice. Aftre each reset i tried to login with nwew password. Same error as before.

    The error message suggests that a character string is using unicode/extended ascii, but the web page is set up for normal ascii.  Netgear might need to change something in their server.

      I hope that someone from Netgear can fix this error within a week....

      Week is gone and no change. Still error. How i can use account like this? All of my purchased Netgear devices are registerred under this account.....

      ..this is REAL problem for me.

    When i try to log in into mynetgear i see this error now:

     

    Error: Something went wrong! Please try again

      I can log into ,y.netgear account now, but all my registerred product are gone.

       

      when i log in I see:

       

      No products registered under your profile.

       

      I hope that someone correct this.

        This seems to have been an issue with the web but products are registered upon checking the profile according to Support.

         

        I will try to get in touch with them again. Still good to hear that you can login back, We just need to make sure your products appear again.

         

        Have you tried on logging on a different browser?

  • I've been having issues with logging into my Netgear account "Error! Something went wrong. Please try again".

     

    I have tried logging into the site using 4 different computers and 2 mobile devices, and still, receive the same error. I see others in the community also experiencing the same issue.

     

    I can't get any support as I'm unable to log into my account. I have tried resetting the password, but still doesn't allow me to log into my account to get support.

     

    Any way I can get support regarding this would be greatly appreciated.
