HP spectre 4k screen problems

There must be a fault in the software, normaly I have my pc icon topmostleft on the screen and with the readycloud software running (auto-startup) my mouse pointer does not work on the upper left corner of my screen If I exit the program, it works normal ans as soon as readycloud 6.4.2 is turned on the fault repeats itself. If I hover over the third item from the top left, the first item is selected.

At the moment I have put 3 dummy folders on the top row of my screen to bypass the problem but that's not how it is supposed to be I think

Cannot make a snapshot with the mouse pointer active . The problem is : if I have ready cloud running in the background, and if I hover the mouse over “empty3”,than [empty1] is highlighted and when I right click on it, it says copy here, move here, create Shortcuts here and cancel.

And if I exit the Ready cloud program, it behaves normally  The I can open [empty1] if I hover over [empty1] and [empty2] etc.

Normally I have the pc icon on the place of [empty1] And if I don’t use ready cloud no problems. None what so ever than everything behaves normal. It took  a while to figure out that ready cloud was to blame for the fault.

And about the resolution, it is set to recommended 3840x2160

I have updated the firmware already at HP, but the problem is still here.

As it is, I can work around it by keeping these three empty folders on my screen

My laptop is a HP Spectre x360 15 inch

Kind regards and thank very much for the rapid reaction.

sorry, no idea how to add a picture at all at forums in general. Oh found it screenwithoutreadycloud.png

And what is the DPI scaling being used with the laptop?
