I did not encounter this issue when I simulate this on our end. May I know the iOS version of your Apple devices?

iPhone SE v. 11.2.6
iPad v. 9.3.5
I do not think the problem is in the iOS version. The previous version of the ReadyCloud worked without any problem on the same devices with the same version iOS.

I've received logs&configuration you sent me,ReadyCLOUD dev is still investgating the issue,I will update this post if they found root cause of the issue.
