Hi JennC,
Yes I understand and I made the migration properly, at least I thought I did. I did everything all over again and then I got connected again. I am not sure that this actually was the problem that solved the case but I am happy for having my NAS-connection up and running again.
Thanks for all help :-)

Same problem here, cant connect through readycloud. I use it for PLEX and that still works but just cant get into the nas to change things via Readycloud since upgrading and migrating.

Hello fabsfabs,
Make sure your ReadyNAS is getting on the Internet. The Services Offline indicates that it is not getting on the Internet.
The registration of the SN has nothing to do with the ReadyCloud access. You should still be able to use ReadyCloud and your ReadyNAS without even a registered product. When you create or upgrade to a myNetgear account, this is the same account you will use to login to the readycloud.netgear.com, it should be in an email format. The upgraded ReadyCloud account (which is now a myNetgear account) that you enter in the ReadyCloud feature of the admin page > Cloud should be in an email format too. So it you are already using the ReadyCloud before the upgrade, you need to upgrade your ReadyCloud account too,
Welcome to the community!

Hi JennC,
I believe you are right regarding my NAS is lacking access to WAN and I have big problem trying to understand how I can assure access for my RN51600. I also have a Netgear firewall (FVS336G) and as the beginner I am I loose everytime I try to battle my way through with this.
Is there a tutorial or instruction that could help me out?
I'd preciate that :-)

Hi ANDT & matterhorn,
Ensure that both your ReadyCLOUD and MyNETGEAR accounts were successfully migrated. Once done, under the Cloud tab in the admin page. Leave or re-enter your ReadyCLOUD admin (MyNETGEAR) and you should be able to see Internet & Services will be both online with green check marks.
Kind regards,

Hi BrianL,
Thank you for your reply. Both internet and services are green and running both I can't login through readyclous icon. To access my NAS I need to enter through my lan IP-adress. When i try http://readycloud.netgear.com/client/index.html#page=access I swiftly can see my RN516 pop up as an icon but only for a split second then it dissapears again and I can't get access.
Any further ideas?
Thanks //matterhorn
