Hi JennC,
Yes I understand and I made the migration properly, at least I thought I did. I did everything all over again and then I got connected again. I am not sure that this actually was the problem that solved the case but I am happy for having my NAS-connection up and running again.

Hello matterhorn,
Migration is very important when you update to 6.5.0 and use 1.12 ReadyCloud app. I believe the account upgrade was already mentioned on my first response on this thread.
