Netgear ReadyNAS 104 ReadyCLOUD Services offline

However, I'm unable to manage share rights of cloud users. Readycloud doesn't seem to work properly.

Can you verify if you are using the main ReadyCloud account which is the one that is registered on the GUI when you get to readycloud.netgear.com to manage other use access to the shares?

Yes I'm using that account. But I'm back to zero. Readycloud recognizes the NAS, but when I go to the Manage or Home tab, it says it's offline. No configuration whatsoever is possible.

I turned it off and back on. I was able to login to my admin readyaccount account again
Now my shared folders for this account don't show in the Readycloud under the Manage tab.
As a result, I can't manage any permissions this cloud user has.
Same for the other cloud user I had. I deleted this other cloud user.
The permissions for this user are now gone in the local admin panel, which is good.
However, I can't invite them again and assign new permissions.
The server refuses because the e-mail address is already known.
I created a new cloud user and assigned read rights to a share to it.
After acceptance of the invite, the user can login and the share is visible under the manage tab.
So it seems existing cloud accounts, like my admin user, hang and there is no way to change any of their permissions already assigned.
Highly unsatisfactory!
