Welcome to the Community!
Have you tried removing the NAS from your ReadyCloud account and rejoining it? You may also want to check your Network settings as it might have changed (DNS servers, IP Address)

Hi thanks a lot for your answer!!
The ip address has not been changed and dns ip is the ip of the router...
We tried to remove the Nas system from ReadyCloud account with the Leave button on ReadyCloud service in admin page under the cloud tab. But now in readycloud web page in discover tab we can discover the nas system only with serial number(not by pressing continuously for 5 seconds the backup button on nas device and pressing retry)! When we press the Manage button for the discovered nas device it redirects to the local ip of admin page but we cannot sign in with our readycloud username and password!!! The account is already updated to netgear account.
Why it doesn't accept the password? Until we left the device from readycloud account we could sign in with that password to admin page!

When signing in to Admin page you usually use the local Admin and password that you have set. Since you left the NAS on ReadyCloud then that is one reason why you are not able to login using the MyNETGEAR account. Kindly try to login using the local admin account and password then join back the NAS and try to login back using the Desktop app to check if the VPN disconnected issue is resolved :)

Please try to use the local admin account and password to access the admin page. It really is the account used when logging in to the administration page, not sure why the ReadyCloud account was accepted before but when logging into the Admin page it should be the local admin account.
Please try to add google DNS to the list of servers as well (8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4)
