raedyCloud Internet ok, services not available

Hello together

I enabled the readyCloud, in my ReadyNas 312 Frimware-Version 6.7.4.

In the cloud menu I see the internet connection ist valid "Internet verfügbar"

But the Services ar not available "Dienste nicht verfügbar".

I checked my DNS-Settings, the DNS is my router (fritzbox). The adress is valid 192.168.7.1

What can I do?

Best regards Marcus

    Hello again:

hear my settings. Both NAS are behind a switcht:

    Nas 312:

    IP 4 fiexed address

    router: my router

    DNS: 8.8.8.8, 4.4.4.4, myrouter

    IP 6 enabled, DHCP

Cloud Internet OK, Services not availabel

    Nas102:

    IP 4, dhcp

    DNS: my router

    Cloud Internet OK, Services OK

Both NAS work fine with the cloud. It seems only that Nas312 shows srevice not available but the service is available.

My Problem is solved. Thanks for your help!

    Best regards Marcus

Try adding 8.8.8.8 (google's DNS server) to the DNS server configuration of the NAS.

      Thanks for the fast reply.

I added the DNS 8.8.8.8 too.

      Saved the network-settings,

turned ready cloud off and on again.

      It behaves the same way.

Do i have to make a reboot?

    Hello MarcusObergromb,

Is the IPv6 enabled on the NAS admin page? If so, please disable it then test if you get the same problem.

If it is connected to a switch (and the switch is connected to a router), please try connecting it straight to the router and see if there is any difference.

    Welcome to the community!
