It is actially working, it just takes long time for one cycle.
Big question is, what it is doing in time of "Server starting serivce for share" messages, which lasts 3 hours 40 minutes ?
Also smaller folder which had only couple of files, that "Server starting serivce for share" phase took many minutes.
Here is the whole cycle, from the log:
Start of the scan cycle.
2016-09-14;12:19:35.9;[13272];[3];D;Scanning - Start scanning working folder: / 2016-09-14;12:19:35.9;[13272];[3];D;Scanning - Start scanning path: / 2016-09-14;12:19:35.9;[13272];[3];W;updateFileCache - Cache path path is not allowed : /Users/jukka/ReadyCLOUD/PhotosLibrary (readynas)/.DS_Store 2016-09-14;12:19:35.9;[13272];[3];W;updateFileCache - Cache path path is not allowed : /Users/jukka/ReadyCLOUD/PhotosLibrary (readynas)/Icon^M 2016-09-14;12:19:36.2;[13272];[3];D;Scanning - Start scanning path: /Photos Library.photoslibrary 2016-09-14;12:19:36.5;[13272];[3];D;Scanning - Path </Photos Library.photoslibrary/Previews> was not found in scanning folder. Mark as deleted it.
And end of the scanning cycle, this takes around 2 hours 8 minutes.
2016-09-14;14:27:12.6;[26649];[3];D;Scanning - Start scanning path: /Photos Library.photoslibrary/resources/media/version/6c/00 2016-09-14;14:27:12.7;[26649];[3];D;Scanning - Start scanning path: /Photos Library.photoslibrary/database/Versions/2008/04/15/20080415-205138/nP%QMLQaRq67hWnXIQ+vTQ 2016-09-14;14:27:12.9;[26649];[3];D;Scanning - Start scanning path: /Photos Library.photoslibrary/resources/proxies/derivatives/ba/00/ba7b 2016-09-14;14:27:13.0;[26649];[3];D;Scanning - Start scanning path: /Photos Library.photoslibrary/resources/proxies/derivatives/af/00/af7b 2016-09-14;14:27:13.6;[26649];[4];I;Server <192.168.1.20:80> Version is <1.2.63> 2016-09-14;14:27:14.9;[26649];[4];W;Server starting serivce for share <PhotosLibrary> ... 2016-09-14;14:27:16.1;[26649];[4];W;Server starting serivce for share <PhotosLibrary> … 2016-09-14;14:27:17.3;[26649];[4];W;Server starting serivce for share <PhotosLibrary> ... 2016-09-14;14:27:18.4;[26649];[4];W;Server starting serivce for share <PhotosLibrary> ...
Now starts these "Server starting serivce for share" messages and those lasts 3 hours 40 minutes.
2016-09-14;18:08:20.7;[26649];[4];W;Server starting serivce for share <PhotosLibrary> ... 2016-09-14;18:08:22.0;[26649];[4];W;Server starting serivce for share <PhotosLibrary> ... 2016-09-14;18:08:23.4;[26649];[4];W;Server starting serivce for share <PhotosLibrary> ... 2016-09-14;18:08:24.8;[26649];[4];W;Server starting serivce for share <PhotosLibrary> ... 2016-09-14;18:11:10.9;[26649];[4];D;Current cursor json: { "entries" : [ [ "\/Photos Library.photoslibrary", { "size" : 0, "is_dir" : true, "modified" : "1449656564382552", "client_modified" : "0", "md5sum" : "0" } ],
Then it lists changed files and starts the sync phase.

Sync plase lasts around 3 hours 30 minutes.

Then it starts another cycle.
Some sort of log management would be nice to implement to this prouduct; after one week for example it switch log and compress old one and stores maybe 10 of those compressed logs.

Hi jukkaforss,
Thanks for these logs. I am also not sure what does this action /or message do. I will post back once I hear back from my colleagues.
Kind regards,
