VPN Disconnected as of 2017-05-25
I'm currently Online (VPN disconnected) again. Is this an anomaly or is there yet another Netgear fail?

can you please check if Leaf network interface of your Windows has obtained IP address from server?you can go to Network and Sharing Center>Change Adapter Setting>Leaf Networks Adapter>Details,correct IP should be 5.*.*.*,have you installed any firewall application on your Windows?

I have an IP address beginning with 5 and no, I haven't installed any firewall. Was working fine earlier and now it's gone **bleep**-up

Can you reboot the NAS?I just connect to my NAS and able to get VPN connection

I rebooted the NAS 5 minutes after I created this thread. Problem existed so I checked readycloud on the web and there was a firmware upgrade. I downloaded & rebooted it but it didn't fix the problem
