Jan 25, 2017Hello rossngm
can you please check if you mirgated your ReadyCLOUD account properly?
to check your ReadyCLOUD acccount binding information, please open ReadyCLOUD portal on your Browser and go to "Sign in"->"Upgrade to a MyNETGEAR Account"-> "Upgrade Your Existing ReadyCLOUD Account"->" (enter your old ReadyCLOUD account credential here)
if binding information is correct, you can desactivate ReadyCLOUD then join your NAS to ReadyCLOUD server again with your migrated MyNETGEAR account, please note desactivating ReadyCLOUD will remove everything of ReadyCLOUD account so you must backup home data of your ReadyCLOUD account first.

The windows app now shows the nas drive as on line but i am unable to see the file structures and all the files, it said something like vpn disconnested? anyway all is fine. My account was fine, but what I had to do was on the NAS drive under the readycloud tab I had to leave then rejoin with my new netgear account. Now I can logon to the website and see everything on the website, so I am happy.
Thank you for your help
