dkpeppard wrote:Just to add to this. I too am experiencing the same message immediately when trying to log into the ReadyCLOUD site on my Android devices: 'Could not authenticate with ReadyCLOUD server. Please check network connectivity and enter valid username and password'. I am absolutely positive my username and password are correct.
What is strange is, the first Android device I tried logging in from logged in just fine, and is working as I type this. My other two decives are getting the error message I listed above.
Motorola Droid Turbo running Android 5.x = successful
Samsung S5 running Android 5.x = fail
Nexus 9 running Android 6.x = fail
I also tried logging into 'remote.readynas.com' website as suggested earlier, but I actually fail to log into that site with my username and password.
Any other suggestions? Everything else setup perfectly, with the exception of getting these last two Android devices logged into ReadyCLOUD.
Thank you in advance for your time.
Just an update. I was able to get all my devices logged into ReadyCLOUD now. No errors. I reset my password to ReadyCLOUD, then was able to log everything in, including the 'remote.readynas.com' website as suggested earlier.
Hope that helps.

Hi dkpeppard,
Thanks for the feedback and for sharing the workaround that you did in fixing your login issues with ReadyCLOUD. You could've used another ID to check if its an issue with your network, our ReadyCLOUD server or the credentials that you are entering. Anyway, the problem originally mentioned in this post is isolated and we are still checking why it won't work on his/her end.
I hope you will continue to be active in the community by sharing ideas or suggestions and helping others with their device issues or problems :manvery-happy:
Kind regards,
