ReadyCloud App Android Unable to Connect to ReadyNas
Hey Everyone,
I used to be able to connect to my ReadyNas 10400 via my phone and desktop. Now I can only connect via the desktop client. I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 running 6.0.1. When I try and access the ReadyCloud app it constantly refreshes and never connects. I tried disabling the IPV6 on the active ethernet and unchecking encryption on the cloud settings but still have no luck. Does anyone have a solution?
Many thanks.
Hiro
Hello hiro4san,
What do you exactly get when you launch the app? Do you need to enter the account details such as username and password and then connect? Not sure what's going on there but I've tested here with multiple smart phones and I get no problem connecting. Maybe you want try on another smart phone to check if it will log you in?

Hello hiro4san,
What's the version of the app? Please also make sure it is the latest.
Is the ReadyCloud account you are using with the Android app the same with the one on the desktop client?
