What do you exactly get when you launch the app? Do you need to enter the account details such as username and password and then connect? Not sure what's going on there but I've tested here with multiple smart phones and I get no problem connecting. Maybe you want try on another smart phone to check if it will log you in?

Yes I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I am using the email of the main account to login in on the app.

got it to finally work! i removed the device from my smart phone. turned off readycloud and turned it back on. signed in again on the admin page and i was able to login with the app! i have it on a tablet and that worked for both! thanks everyone for all of your help :D
