Hello hiro4san,
What do you exactly get when you launch the app? Do you need to enter the account details such as username and password and then connect? Not sure what's going on there but I've tested here with multiple smart phones and I get no problem connecting. Maybe you want try on another smart phone to check if it will log you in?

Hello hiro4san,
What's the version of the app? Please also make sure it is the latest.

Hi hiro4san,
Are you on the same network when you tried to access your ReadyNAS via ReadyCLOUD mobile app? How about using mobile or other network?
Kind regards,

When I try using the mobile network I cannot even view my ReadyNas. When I refresh it tries to connect and just says disconnected after a few seconds
