Readycloud App for Android Fails Upload of Photos Media to RN-104 NAS After 2,000 Files, Ver. 1.2.2
Have been testing out this app on my Samsung Galaxy Note 3. It started out fine but after uploading of 2,100 (last I remember) the app fails. It will continue to try to complete the 103 files left to...

Hi Pstreicher,
Your mobile app is up to date but not the device FW (we already have the official 6.4.2 and the Beta FW 6.5.0). With regard to the file limit, I'm not sure if there's one. I may have to ask or consult my colleagues about it.
Kind regards,

Hi BrianL,
I only find this that says anything about large transfers in this latest FW6.4.2. Will have to do the update today and test to see if it has any effect on the RN104 here.
'14. Improved RN2120's stability with large transfers.'

BrianL,
Nope. Just performed the FW update which took a few minutes, rebooted and all good. Opened the ReadyNas app and attempted the media backup and still getting the failed error as it tries over and over to do. I just went into the app settings and tried changing the cache size to 4096mb, makes no difference. I have 5gb available on the Samsung Note 3 at this time also. Now I've tried different cache size settings and still get the same thing. I'm out of ideas today. Maybe next I will try to offload some files to free up more space on this Note 3. Will report back!
Thanks,
Paul
