Readycloud App for Android Fails Upload of Photos Media to RN-104 NAS After 2,000 Files, Ver. 1.2.2
Have been testing out this app on my Samsung Galaxy Note 3. It started out fine but after uploading of 2,100 (last I remember) the app fails. It will continue to try to complete the 103 files left to...

Can you possibly send a list of the file names from your phone? There was this one issue once where if you had pictures that either Hangouts took or were uploaded via Google+, it was modifying the file name and that was causing a huge headache.

I read that article and then looked at all the files from the 'camera' directory and none of them had that issue. The app lets you select different folders or all so i tried a different folder but that didn't get anywhere. It amazes me that an app can be put out into the public with little to no documentation and then on top of that is buggy as all get out. The wife has a Galaxy S5 so I'm thinking next I will try this app with her phone just to see if I get any different result. Will be back!

Kohdee, Did you see my reply to your post? I've successfully completed backing up my wife's Galaxy S5 using the app. She had just under 2,000 camera files. I have restarted my Note 3 and attempted to complete a backup but the app fails with 109 files to go. It will try over and over and fail repeatedly. I'm still thinking there is a file limit of 2,000 but have yet to prove this or not. My next test will be to delete or move 109 picture files and restart the app and see what happens. Will be back!

Here's what I did just a bit ago. Since Google had my photos backed up to their cloud I went ahead and let Google delete all the camera photos from my phone. When I ran the app and clicked on the backup button it immediately showed as completed. So, for now I am to believe there is a file limit. I did not find any files with 'nopm' in the file name. I am done with this app for now as I have other more important things to do then kick this dead horse. There has to be a better way to get your photos under control and organized and that'll be my new goal to find a way to do this. Thanks for everyone's help and suggestions.
