ReadyCLOUD App not working but works fine on the web
Hello, The readycloud app on my win10 just says connecting but it never will, and the "readycloud.netgear.com" works just fine...

We appreciate your feedback and for letting us know that your issue has been resolved. Others might benefit from having this workaround that you shared in case someone experienced the same problem (though we don't recommend rolling back or downgrading the Firmware). Lastly, I am hopeful that things will be greater especially with ReadyCLOUD once the migration is complete and the 6.5.0 is officially available. Kindly mark this thread resolved by clicking the “Accept as Solution” button.

Thats ok... All I had to do is DOWN grade to the OLD Firmware(6.4.1) on my readynas.. there is something wrong with the 6.4.2 ;) oh well, maybe all will be fixed in the NEW "MyNETGEAR" and windows App and the new Firmware 6.5,,, "soon to be out in May"....
