ReadyCloud app showing Online(VPN disconnected)

Good afternoon team, We have a ReadyNAS 214 set up in our office and I am trying to access it remotely from home on my MacBook. I have set up our NAS on the readycloud portal and have given myself all the right permissions. What happens is that when I enter my username and password in the ReadyCloud MacOS app I get Online(VPN Disconnected). Trying this on another computer in a different location works absolutely fine with the same credentials. Version of ReadyCloud application I am running is ReadyCloud Client v1.6 Is there anything I need to change in my MacOS settings that will help me resolve this or are there any firewall ports that need forwarded/opened on my home router? Kindly, Teo

If you have internet security software running on the Mac you should try disabling it.

The default port for ReadyCloud is 6300 - I guess you could try forwarding that in your router.

Simply rebooting the NAS should be able to reestablish the VPN connection.
