ReadyCloud Desktop App not working but web portal is working
I haven't been able to access my NAS via the desktop app however I can access the web portal and see my files with no issue. I've used various version of the desktop app and still have the same issue (v1.7, v1.8, v.1.9) and also disable my friewall. The only solution that seems to temporary fix the issue is to reboot my NAS but I rather not do that all the time.
I am running Windows 10 on a lenovo laptop.
It just keeps saying 'Connecting' and then the app closes.
Any help will be greatly appreciate

Apps - AV only
I am currently away and isn't able tolog into the admin page to see what services i have.

Does this happen too on another PC (WIN7 or other)? How about using the mobile app?
