Readycloud folders dont appear

Hello,

after using my readynas only in my local network at home, now i want to use the cloud service. connecting and everything works, but the folders dont appear when i select my readynas on readycloud. it only says "no volumes or usb disks". does somebody has an idea where the fault is or could be?

    Welcome to the Community!

     

    You may try first leaving and then rejoining the NAS to Readycloud. Please also make sure that there is a green check mark on Internet and Service on Cloud tab of the ReadyNAS local admin page.
