Hi jukkaforss,
I believe Sierra is still under beta phase and has not been officially released. As of now, we don't have a ReadyCLOUD Beta App optimized for the newest OS X version.

Hi Brian,
Yes it is still in beta phase, but this is GM version and it is coming out to public in 6 days.
It seems to be same symptoms as in this chain https://community.netgear.com/t5/ReadyCLOUD/ReadyCloud-Stuck-at-Synchronizing-0/m-p/1125320#U1125320.
There is also another issue in this desktop app, log sizes. One of my logs was 13GB size before I was forced to delete it, so the application doesn't do any kind of log management.

I tested this with smaller share and it works fine with MacOS Sierra.
Share I need to sync is huge 300GB and 120000 files.
It has been syncing fine earlier.
