ReadyCLOUD offline
I have been reading all of the "ReadyCLOUD offline" issues and have not read any discussion about the "Internet Available" and "Services Online" indicators not even showing. Is the ReadyCLOUD an ...

The solution is: it required Support to login and get leafp2p running because it was not starting.
I do not know exactly what they did to make that happen, but this is what gives you the green check/red X status indicators. If this is not running, ReadyCLOUD is disabled as mine was.

Hello shcottyb,
Have you tried on a different web browser? Chrome, Firefox, IE, etc. It is normal that is grayed out but it should be clickable. What do you see when you click Settings button?

Every browser looks the same.
Look at the second image I posted in the original post, the other 4 ON/OFF switches are greyed out, but ReadyCLOUD is disabled.
Here are my ReadyCLOUD settings:
PROXY is unchecked and all fields are empty
SECURITY has Specify Port Incoming Connections checked, Protocol=TCP, Port=6300 and Encryption is NOT checked

JennC,
I really believe that the firmware update got out of sync or missed a critical step.
I have read that some fixes were to go back to X version and load all, each, ? version since to ensure the setups or configurations get done correctly.
Here are my firmware updates since first powering it up 1 year ago:
Fri Oct 9 2015 7:55:04 System: Firmware was upgraded to 6.4.0. Thu Jan 7 2016 8:09:43 System: Firmware was upgraded to 6.4.1. Thu Apr 28 2016 7:02:09 System: Firmware was upgraded to 6.4.2. Thu Jun 9 2016 7:08:10 System: Firmware was upgraded to 6.5.0. Tue Jun 28 2016 6:48:01 System: Firmware was upgraded to 6.5.1. This list looks to be the same as the available downloads @ http://downloadcenter.netgear.com/#searchResults
So maybe this is not the issue.

Don't try to go back. You could over-install 6.5.1 manually (though I doubt it would change anything, it won't do any damage).
