I have been reading all of the "ReadyCLOUD offline" issues and have not read any discussion about the "Internet Available" and "Services Online" indicators not even showing. Is the ReadyCLOUD an ...

The solution is: it required Support to login and get leafp2p running because it was not starting.
I do not know exactly what they did to make that happen, but this is what gives you the green check/red X status indicators. If this is not running, ReadyCLOUD is disabled as mine was.
